Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a product through Loopsandpluto, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. We have tried to keep the terms very simple and jargon free. Any queries, we are happy to help - hello@loopsandpluto.com



We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

1. Agreement - By purchasing on our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

2. Delivery - We are obliged as a company to provide all items to the customers address. On very rare occasions, items may be lost in transit which is outer of our control. If you believe your item to be lost in transit, please contact us: hello@loopsandpluto.com and we will try to resolve your query. Please note: All items are sent tracked. Items deemed lost are over 14 days after the order date.

Delivery delays - Busy times of the year such as Christmas etc may delay parcels and add additional days on getting your parcels. Don't panic, we are here to help. Please allow additional extra days on top of usual delivery times. Ensure ordering is done in plenty of time for the big day as we are only responsible if the item gets lost.

2.2. Bank holidays - We are unable to dispatch any items on a bank holiday due to our couriers/Royal Mail being unable to pick up the parcel on this day. If you have ordered slightly before a bank holiday or on a bank holiday, your delivery may be effected however you will be notified by email in this is the case. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day following the bank holiday when normal posting service resume.

2.3 Delivery continued - It is your responsibility to ensure a smooth delivery. If for any reason our couriers are unable to deliver your parcel, we are unable to accept liability. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.

2.2 Delivery continued - International Deliveries are accepted through our company however we are not liable for custom charges/taxies/duties as they are out of our control. If an item is held at local customs and then returned to us, we are not liable to offer a refund.

3. Ordering - When an product is ordered through our website and payment has been successful, no amendments can be made to the order. This includes: The delivery address, cancellation of order or contents of order.

4. Order full-fillment - Loopsandpluto are committed to offer a vast amount of products available to purchase. All products are available and in stock unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Order Full-fillment continued - If for any reason the item ordered is currently out of stock, then we will firstly offer an alternative product. As a business, we will reach out to the customer via email, if a substantial delay occurred with pre ordering, for example; nature disasters however some occurrences are out of our control. If the agreement is made to change the product, then the order will be changed to reflect this. The alternative must be to the value of the original order. Upgrades can be made if the alternative is higher price, but the customer must pay the difference between their original order value and the new price.

5. Pre order - If an order that you have ordered is via pre order, we currently do not have stock of this product but are expecting it from our suppliers. Pre order items will show an estimated date although this date is subject to change. We update the website regularly to show an accurate estimate date however this can change regularly without notice.

5.1 - Pre order continued - Payment is taken at the time of pre ordering and this is taken debit/credit card via our payment provider Stripe or Paypal. Refunds for pre ordered items can only be accepted if the item is faulty/damaged and not due to change of mind.

6. Copyright and Trademarks - Loopsandpluto owns all rights to its logo and original content on the website. This includes any space related contents and template.

7. Discount vouchers/codes - From time to time, we may issue discount vouchers. These vouchers will be shown at the top of the page through a banner advertisement, moving homepage banner, email newsletter, first time purchase or through special purchasing. These codes are specifically used for this website only and can only be used once unless otherwise stated. Use of these codes cannot be shared on any money deals website/page/social media platform without consent. We are unable to apply a discount once an order has been made.

8. Returns - We do accept returns if the item is deemed to be faulty/unusable/out of date. Please note: If the sell by date is visible and the item is in clearance for reason of a short date, we are unable to accept a a return. Also, Astronaut Food is very fragile and may break during transit, returns are not accepted on all astronaut flavours for this reason. Returns can be made to: ...[ Please contact us prior to sending a return as you will need an RMA](Returns Authorisation Number). Returns sent without a RMA number, a refund will not be given. Refunds given will be back to the original payment card of purchase only.

8.1 Returns continued - We will pay for the return postage on an item if the item is faulty/damaged in transit. We must receive photographs of the product itself for our own investigation at a later date with the courier. Photographs must be sent to hello@loopsandpluto.com with your order number and details of order. Also a brief explanation of the damage would be great too. We will send across an email containing the returns postage, to be attached to the outside of the parcel securely and visible. If the item is simply a return of purchase, the customer is liable for return postage costs. Please remember to obtain proof of posting from the post office as we want to ensure a smooth return to our warehouse.

9. Collecting Feedback - In order to improve our services, we use Trustpilot to gain reviews from our customers. If your email address is used as part of your order, we may send an invite to review our services. By purchasing through the website, you are agreeing that an invite may be sent to your email address. If you do not want to receive an invite, that is not an issue, as we send invites manually so you can easily be taken off from the list. Email any concerns to; hello@loopsandpluto.com

10. Discount vouchers - If a voucher is included the parcel, this voucher can be redeemed against your next purchase. The discount is applied to all items in the basket with no minimum spends, usually delivery charges apply (£2.99 for orders under £30, free ship for orders over £30). This voucher can only be used for in stock individual items excludes pre-orders and bundles. Also, the code can only be used once per returning customer.

Delivery - We reserve the right to use a different courier. Some couriers may not be suitable for the type of item we are sending or the item may be restricted from their services. Alternatively, we may find a courier which is cheaper to you the customer but still offering a near equivalent service to what was advertised when you made a purchase.
